How do I track my order ?

Order tracking on Glami5 is very simple. Just open the site, go to ‘Orders’ tab under the ‘My Account’ section and you will get the status of each item in your order. Our orders are fulfilled by third party delivery services.

There is no minimum order value.

Do I need to pay any delivery charges?

For all the purchases below ₹500 there is a delivery charge of ₹50 or more applicable, A shipping charge of flat ₹50 will be applicable to all orders under ₹500.

How soon can I get my delivery once the order is confirmed?

The average delivery time is around 2 – 4 days. We dispatch the orders within 24hrs.

How does COD (Cash-On-Delivery) work? Is there an extra fee?

We offer COD to make your life easy. Simply place your order with us and pay for it when you receive your goods at your doorstep!

There is an extra fee of ₹50 for orders below ₹500 for COD option.

What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our courier will post a card through your door asking you to contact them to arrange re-delivery. Our couriers will continue to make at least 2 further attempts to deliver your order & if the courier is still unable to deliver your parcel it will be returned back to us and you will be refunded.

I have received my order but there is problem with it, what can I do?

Once the order is accepted by you & in-case of any further issues with the order for below mentioned reasons, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] or call us at +919739273186 within 3 days of receiving the order and our representative will get in touch and guide you with further procedure accordingly.

  • Damaged/Expired product received.

For quality control reasons we do not accept returns for any other cases except above. Returns cannot be processed if the product has been opened or tampered with. Thus we request you to maintain all original packaging in order to receive the refund.

How soon can I get my refund after cancelling?

The refund on canceled orders are processed within 3 working days of cancellation.

The refund on product return will be processed within 3 working days of the return receipt of product at our warehouse.

1. Post Paid Orders (Includes Cash) – All refunds post delivery will be adjusted via Glami5 Gift Coupon after the product has been picked up and returned to Glami5. The gift coupon credit amount can be redeemed while placing any further orders.

2. Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking Orders – If the refund amount is greater than Rs.100, then the amount will be refunded directly into your original form of payment mode. For refund amounts less than Rs.100, the refund will be credited via Glami5 Gift Coupon within 48 hours.

Please note that for orders placed using Credit Card, Debit Card & Netbanking, the refund once processed from Glami5 may take up to 7-14 working days to reflect on your Credit Card or Bank Account. There will be no cash refund in such cases.
